Set the stage for a successful career managing an organization’s most valuable resource — its people. Develop the knowledge and gain the expertise to help attract and retain talented employees who are critical to an organization’s success. The Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Human Resources Management/Organizational Management from Thomas Edison State University (TESU) is a 120-credit online degree program that will prepare you to find your leadership style, develop important problem-solving skills and create ways to mentor and grow a team in today’s workforce. Your degree will culminate with a capstone project in strategic management, which integrates content from across the program and demonstrates what you’ve learned.
