Undergraduate Certificate in Mental Health
The Undergraduate Certificate in Mental Health provides a strong foundation in psychological disorders, brain function, therapeutic approaches, personality theory, and the psychology of death and dying. This interdisciplinary approach equips students with critical insights into mental health from both neurological and clinical perspectives. Note: For non-degree enrolled students, at least 50% of the credits required for an undergraduate certificate must be earned at Thomas Edison State University. Application of any transferred credits is at the discretion of the dean.
Up to 9 credits (50%) of the 18 credit certificate may be older than 10 years. The remaining certificate credits must be current, completed within 10 years of the most current date of application to the University.
