Changing Your Name, Address or Other Information?


PLEASE NOTE: The Office of the Registrar processes TESU Transcript and TESU Replacement Diploma requests. If you need a transcript or a diploma with a name change, the registrar’s office will need copies of three separate documents verifying the name change. Acceptable documents include driver’s licenseSocial Security cardpassport and bank or pay stub. Please submit the form with appropriate documents to registrar@tesu.edu.
