Salute to RNs Scholarship
The W. Cary Edwards School of Nursing and Health Professions has long understood the importance of supporting nurses in their professional development.
Because there is a positive correlation between patient outcomes and nursing education, TESU is committed to eliminating the barriers of cost and time for RN-BSN and RN-MSN program students in completing their education and becoming the next generation of nurse leaders. In keeping with this commitment, TESU is providing an opportunity to receive for the Salute to RNs Scholarship.
To be eligible for this scholarship, RNs must meet the following criteria:
- Academic Level: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) student
- Enrollment Status: Admitted

Award Criteria:
- Meet all eligibility criteria described.
- Compose a brief personal narrative, in 200 words or less, that explains how a BSN or MSN will help your career goals.
- All new and continuing students are eligible upon successful completion of scholarship application.
- Course withdrawals may impact/reduce your Salute to RNs award.
Candidates will receive a per-credit tuition reduction of $54 for in-state students and $54 for out-of-state students, bringing tuition down to $311 per credit.
The availability of this scholarship is subject to available funding. While we cannot guarantee that all applicants will be selected to receive the scholarship, all applicants will be considered.
