Kelli Parlante-Givas is the senior director for strategic partnerships in the Office of Strategic Partnerships. As the senior director, she manages the University’s relationships with target populations and is responsible for conducting and coordinating external marketing and outreach services for target populations as well as assists in the implementation and continued development of the University’s strategic plan.

As director of Nursing Enrollment, O'Keefe’s focus is on the W. Cary Edwards School of Nursing and Health Professions. With more than 10 years of recruitment planning and direct student outreach at the University, she brings awareness to New Jersey’s leader in online education, regionally and nationally.

Tom Phillips

Tom Phillips is the director of Strategic Partnerships and has been with Thomas Edison State University since 2007. Phillips has 18 years of experience in the area of higher education human resources management. In addition to cultivating new corporate partnerships, he is primarily responsible for managing corporate partner relationships.

Bob Truncali

Bob Truncali is the recruiting manager for Strategic Partnerships in the Office of Strategic Partnerships. Truncali has 12 years’ experience in higher education business development and student recruitment. In his role, he is primarily responsible for managing existing corporate partner relationships.

Krista Reale
Recruiting Manager

Krista Reale is a recruiting manager for Strategic Partnerships. In this role, she is primarily responsible for handling the New Jersey public sector corporate partner relationships. Reale has more than 15 years of experience in outreach and education including 9 years as a public health consultant at the New Jersey Department of Health.

Mary Peters
Program Coordinator

Mary Peters serves as the Program Coordinator for Strategic Partnerships. In this role, she supports programs, activities, and recruitment efforts aimed at fulfilling the objectives of the Office of Strategic Partnerships. Peters collaborates with the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships to help develop and implement Strategic Partnerships and Outreach initiatives, as well as the University's Strategic Vision Plan.
